Frequently Asked Questions
How do I place an order?
Select your invitation, choose the correct options, and provide as much information as possible into the party details box. Click on the "order" box.
In the shopping cart, choose your preferred shipping method. Then select Recalculate.
To pay with Paypal, choose "Go to Payments" or to pay with Google Checkout, choose the Google Checkout Option.
Complete the payment process. Once the payment is complete, I will receive a notification of your order. I will send you a PDF proof of your order within 24 hours.
How does the order process work?
After your order is placed and paid for, I will create a proof based on the information that you provided in your order. I will email you a copy of the proof for you to review. Often, I will send you more than one proof with a few different options based on previous customer's preferences.
After you receive the first proof email, please respond as soon as possible with any changes you would like to see. I can change the text wording, font style, font color, font size, and font placement. I will continue to email proofs back and forth to you, until you agree upon one as your final proof.
You must review the proof for any errors. You are responsible for any mistakes found on the order. Verify spelling, names, dates, times, location, phone numbers, and all other details.
Once the final proof has been agreed upon and you type in the final email "proof approved, please send to printer" then no changes can be made.
The order will then be sent to the printer. I use a third party professional printer who prints and ships the orders. Once the order is sent to the printer, you may contact me for shipping information and any further questions you have.
What payment types do you accept?
You may pay for your order with Paypal or Google Checkout. You may pay with Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Discover with Google Checkout. I do not accept checks or money orders at this time.
How long will it take for me to get my order?
If you choose Priority Shipping you should receive your order within 7 days after the approval of your final proof. 7 days is defined as 7 business days, however customers have often reported receiving their order within 7 calendar days or even sooner. To ensure enough time, please allow for 7-10 days.
Can you change the wording on the invitations?
Yes, the wording can be changed any way you wish. When placing your order, just put what you would like in the invitation details box and I will change it. When you receive your first proof you are also free to change the wording as needed.
What changes can be made on the invitations?
Text wording, Font Style, Font Color, Font Size and text placement can be changed. I am happy to show you multiple with a variety of options for you to choose from.
Graphics and background images and colors usually cannot be changed.
I couldn't fit all of my party details in the order box. What should I do?
If you can't fit all of the details in the order form, please send me an email with the details. You may also send me an email with the details, even if they will fit if you have particular spacing or other details you would like me to be aware of. If you prefer to email me the details, please type "emailing details" in the party details box and send me an email with the invitation text.
What is the shipping cost?
The shipping cost is set by the printing company and not by For Your Style. The shipping cost is roughly based on order cost.
I placed an order and have not received a proof from you, what's going on?
After placing an order, you should receive an email from me within 24 hours with a sample proof attached. If 24 hours have passed and you have not received a proof, please email me.
Before contacting me, please double check that you completed the order process and your payment was approved. The order system does not notify me that an order was placed until after the order is successfully paid for. If you do not have payment confirmation, you may need to place the order again.
Please note I check my email several times a day, but differences in time zones and schedules may cause a delay in emailing. You should still receive initial contact from me within 24 hours.
Where is my order?
Please feel free to contact me for tracking information after your final proof is approved. Once the printer gives it to me, I will be happy to track your order for you or provide you with the tracking information. If you paid for Priority Shipping you should receive your order within 7 business days after the approval of the final proof. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. |
